Primal Flow
Primal Flow, created by world-renowned Yoga Instructor Anton Mackey, fuses functional and primal movement sequencing into a vinyasa structure grounded in anatomical alignment and proper cueing. This powerful class structure includes an intentional balancing of masculine and feminine energetic principles as well as the elemental energies that exist within us and around us.
This workshop is designed to create a simple guide to integrate self-care practices into our daily lives while also focusing on our cultural background.
