The Indigenous Mind-Body Gathering is a two-day community wellness event rooted in movement, healing practices, and connection. We bring together Indigenous and allied presenters from across the country and locally to share teachings, movement modalities, conversation, and collective care practices.
The 2026 Indigenous Mind-Body Gathering will be held May 16–17, 2026 at Mystic Lake Center in Prior Lake, Minnesota.
(Directions and parking information will be sent to registered participants prior to the event.)
This gathering is open to all (community members, those who work within the native community, allies and anyone wanting to come into this space that could benefit from these offerings are welcome). For those who are interested in movement, wellness, healing practices, cultural teachings, and connection. Some workshops may be more active, while others are discussion-based or restorative.
Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and honor their own capacity.

Yes. Sliding scale tiers are available and are not limited. Our intention is to increase accessibility while sustaining the event and supporting our long-term vision of securing a permanent wellness space in Minneapolis.
The Indigenous Mind-Body Gathering is one of the few paid offerings we host due to the scale of production and national presenters. Proceeds from the 2026 gathering will support presenters and the next steps in securing a building in Minneapolis for our developing yoga school and community wellness space.
We have applied for Continuing Education (CE) credits for certain professional boards.
