1-2 - TBSP of Agave
2 - Ice Cubes
Place all ingredients in a bigger cup, and use an electric frother to mix. Tip: use a small mesh strainer for the matcha to blend easier. Add Ice Cubes + enjoy!

1 - Pinch of Pepper
2 - Teaspoons Maple Syrup
Add Oat milk, Ashwagandha, Cinnamon, Turmeric + Pepper to sauce pan + let simmer for 5-10 min. Stir in Maple Syrup + enjoy!
