 1 - Cup of Oat Milk

1/2 - Teaspoon Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder

1-2 - TBSP of Agave

2 - Ice Cubes


Directions:

Place all ingredients in a bigger cup, and use an electric frother to mix. Tip: use a small mesh strainer for the matcha to blend easier. Add Ice Cubes + enjoy!

Ingredient: 

1 -Cup of Oat Milk

1/2 - Teaspoon Ashwagandha Root Powder

1/2 - Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 - Turmeric Powder

1 - Pinch of Pepper

2 - Teaspoons Maple Syrup


Directions:

Add Oat milk, Ashwagandha, Cinnamon, Turmeric + Pepper to sauce pan + let simmer for 5-10 min. Stir in Maple Syrup + enjoy!
